First Interview Passenger LRT on services satisfaction

The following conversation is from Garfield who're not satisfied with LRT services.

Me : Good morning. Garfield.

Garfield : Good morning.

Me : I'm blogging on lrt gossip. Would you mind to tell me on lrt services in m'sia?

Garfield : I'm face 2 thing very dulan.

Me : Dulan? Why?

Garfield : 1st, i standing there alone as usual at my spot then one ah pek come out suddenly push me say i stand at the middle will halang ppl come out. damm, like i 1st time at lrt... if got ppl come out, i know get aside la, y the ah pek so bz body sumore so many other ppl there, y he push me ; i almost tiu him, but i diam only

Me : lol. oic. Anyway, he is just a ah pek. Nonid to be so serious with him.

Garfield : ya this one ok second is i was cheated by the lrt sales person cibai one i buy monthly card as usual

Me : How?

Garfield : then i keep saying i wan start 2mrw the monthly pass but she put my card start on that day mean i rugi one day dy in the monthly pass then i go say her, another salesperson datang bz body say alot of stupid thing 1st say the machine not smart, can do it likethat. then i say, lastime i oso do likethat , y now kenot. then she say maybe other place can, wangsamaju one kenot; i say lastime i do at wangsa maju; then she pula ans lain ; say oh cox the card follow the date one; then i say, lastime i oso likethat try b4; then she pula find other thing to say

say, cox u long din update, must continuous update the card.

Me : ooh. Poor services.

Garfield : then i say lastime i oso din continous but still can wan then she ans lain lagi. walau, i say wat she ans lain; i really wan to tiu there dy.
